We made so much fun of the French word "l'année bissextile". It means leap-year, the year with the extra day in February. And we certainly took advantage of this added day!!
I would like to invite you to look back at our blogs dated 14th and 17th March 2007. There we explained all about the bottling process, the cleaning, the old machine and the many actions we need to complete when we bottle.
A year has already passed! We would like to announce that our new Rosé 2007 was bottled on the "bissextile" day, the 29th February 2008. We hope you’ll enjoy this wine and whenever you drink it, please remember it was bottled on this special day.
